I have never had to wait, if my appointment is at 9 I'm called back at 9. Sara, my hygienist is a very delightful person. She knows that I like to be informed on how long things will take and she also is very aware of my gag reflex and goes above and beyond to help alleviate that. Dr. McCarter is a very kind dentist and I love the way he interacts with his staff and me.

I had an incredible experience at the dentist! I called because I was in severe pain, and they were able to get me in for a same day emergency appointment. The entire team was so kind, the Dr. gentle and I was put immediately at ease. They also took the time to discuss Invisalign options to fix my alignment issues. They clearly outlined a comprehensive treatment plan for my immediate pain, future smile goals, and scheduled my next routine cleaning. I also really appreciated that they were completely upfront and transparent about costs and how much my visit cost would be—no hidden surprises!

I was on the hunt for a new dentist and came across North Hill Dentistry. I made an appt. online (love the option of online booking) and was able to be seen within a month as a new patient. When I arrived I received a warm welcome from the receptionist and was more than satisfied with the office itself (updated, top of the line technology). Each employee I encountered was exceptional. About a week after my visit I received a hand written letter signed by all of the office staff which only instilled in me even further that I made the right choice in picking North Hill Dentistry. Very professional and welcoming environment. My 5 year old accompanied me to my appointment and even said "i loveeeeee them so much i want them to be my dentist" Thank you North Hill Dentistry :)
